Delete your SukhRaah account

SukhRaah app by The Book People

You can delete your SukhRaah account and all its data at any time. Choose either way:

Option 1 — inside the app (instant)

1. Open the SukhRaah app and log in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and all data and confirm.

Option 2 — by email (if you can't open the app)

1. Write to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. Mention the mobile number or email you used to log in. Send it from that account, or we may ask you to confirm it's you.
3. We will delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, mobile number/email, language), all your questions and answers, bookmarks, reading progress, Gita Yatra and Seva notes, temples, badges, activity history and device records.

What may be kept

Copies in backups are overwritten within a limited period. We may keep totals and statistics that cannot identify you. Records of purchases made through Google Play are kept by Google as per its own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — please cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

To remove your waitlist entry, write to [email protected] from the email or number you used.
